Why do you specify opening times if you close earlier anyway? So that you can go home on time for the end of the day? Will someone get my money if they stick to their opening times?

Subway stop, service was very slow.

Always meet the same employee who is consistently upset and refuses to allow student discounts, the SubWay has the offer ... If it doesn't suit them, they shouldn't offer it !? Same game if I want to pay with points via the app. Not exactly courteous ... I can't fault the cleanliness and freshness. But the behavior of the employee is just annoying! Why do you care if customers get a discount? They are paid for by the franchise especially through points ... really stupid!

Employees were extremely slow and also very listless. Sometimes you weren't understood at all.

As always, the food was delicious. Service is top as you are used to from the subway.

Unfortunately, we have often made the experience that the employees took a very long time (plan 1 purchase with 2 customers in front of you for at least 10 minutes) and then did not understand you on top of it, or mixed up the rolls or placed signs incorrectly ... Otherwise, the quality is good and tastes delicious.

Subway not highly recommended. Employees listless. The woman (owner) very stingy with the products, impolite and annoyed very quickly. On the other hand, one tries to serve 5 different customers at once instead of the first 2 the zsm. belong. Sub is only partially tasty, as it is usually full of salad!

After ordering at Subway Laupheim on the Biberacher Str. 9, my card failed to pay without neither me or the employee noticing. After two weeks I decided to eat here again and the same employee recognized me, because I worn the same shirt. She told me about what happend and I told her I'd doublecheck my online banking account once I got home (I have eaten there plenty of times before without having a payment issue). After checking my bank, her story was true and I felt so embarrassed that I decided to go back immediately to pay for what I ordered two weeks ago. After arriving I talked with the employee and I told her what I originally ordered. The employee told me that I was wrong and that she remembered that it was more (a family menu instead of 2 footlong subs, a price difference of a miserable 2 euro's). I told her that the family menu included cookies and due to my diet there was no chance I could have ordered it. Instead of thanking me for compensating her failure she basically called me a liar. This is a disgrace and not a way a customer should be treated! I will not be buying my food here again.

The best subway I've ever visited. Mega friendly staff and the cleanliness catches your eye as soon as you enter the shop. The sandwiches are prepared properly and look very appetizing when unpacked.

Staff good except for one person (woman) because name I do not want to call because of data protection rules. But the rest is really good the subs taste really good the store is really recommendable everything is perfect.
